OperationId:RejectCallForUser

Turns away a call that is ringing the user, before it is answered. POST and PATCH on the same path do the same. Requires Basic User scope for your own user, Office Manager for a user in your own domain, Site Manager for a user in your own site, or Reseller or Super User scope. To end an answered call, use Disconnect call.
