Count phone numbers

OperationId:CountDomainPhonenumbers

Returns how many phone numbers are assigned to a domain, SMS-only numbers included, so it matches the length of the full list. It takes the same filters as GET /domains/{domain}/phonenumbers. Every user scope can read its own domain, a Reseller the domains in its territory, and Super User and Super User Read Only every domain.
