OperationId:UpdateDialpolicy

Changes the description of a shared dial policy: the one filed under *, or under admin-only when there is no * policy with this name. Requires Super User scope, because a shared policy changes dialing for every domain. To change a domain's own policy, use PUT /domains/{domain}/dialpolicy/{policy}.
