OperationId:listUiExtensionsRegistry

The management surface: every registered extension in the caller's reseller scope, INCLUDING effectively-disabled and restricted rows (that is how an admin manages them) and rejected ones (that is how an admin learns of them). Requires reseller scope or above; resellers see their own apps plus platform-global (*) ones. Pass enabled=yes|no to filter on the stored master switch.
