OperationId:DeleteReseller

Deletes an empty territory record. Nothing filed under it is moved or removed, so move or delete the territory's domains first. Requires Super User scope.

The delete is accepted and applied shortly after. Brands, reseller settings, CDR schedules, and other records filed under the territory's name stay, and tokens and API keys issued for the territory keep working. Remove them separately.
