OperationId:AddApnsApp

An APNs app is the Apple token key (.p8) used to send iOS push notifications for one app, regular and VoIP alike. A device uses the app whose ID is the first word of its SIP User-Agent, cut at the first . and matched case-sensitively. Send the contents of the .p8 file as key, with the Key ID, Team ID and bundle ID Apple shows for it. The key is stored on every server. bundle-id is the app's own bundle ID; VoIP pushes add .voip themselves. Requires Super User scope.
