List NMS configuration key names

OperationId:ListNmsConfigNames

Lists the keys held by every core server, without values: config-name, config-server, and config-in-sync for each key and server.

Requires Super User or Super User Read Only.

It is the same read as GET /nmsconfig with the values left out, so nothing in it is masked. It fans out the same way, limit applies to each server and defaults to 1000, and config-in-sync has the same meaning.
