List agent status times - NetSapiens API v2

Returns how many minutes agents spent in each call center status, such as available, lunch, and break, per agent or in 15-minute or hourly buckets. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Site Manager sees only agents in its own site, whatever the filters name. For one agent's status changes, use GET /domains/{domain}/statistics/agent/{agent}/timeline.

The statistics. Without interval, a map from agent extension to minutes per status over the whole window. With interval, the bucketed shape: each bucket gives the minutes summed over the agents in agents. A status period counts for the part of it inside the window or bucket, so an hour inside a lunch reads as 60 minutes of lunch. A status the agent is still in counts up to now. A status's minutes are never more than the window length.
