OperationId:DeleteUser

Deletes a user and everything that belongs to it, such as its devices, answering rules, time frames, and conferences. The user's phone numbers and SMS numbers return to the domain's inventory. The delete cannot be undone. Requires Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope.
