OperationId:leaveMessagesession

Takes the user out of a group chat: their copy is hidden, and the other participants get a chat-participant-leave message. Any scope can use its own user, an Office Manager any user in its domain, a Reseller those in its territory, and a Super User any user. POST does the same as PUT.
