OperationId:UpdateSMSNumber

Changes the assignment, carrier, or note of an SMS number in the domain. Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Site Manager changes only numbers routed to users in its own site, and assigns them only to users in its site.
