OperationId:CountCdrsForUser

Counts one user's call detail records (CDRs) that match, and totals their talk time. Unlike the list, a count has no default window: send datetime-start and datetime-end. Requires Basic User scope for your own calls, or a scope that covers the user: Site Manager for its own site, Office Manager for its domain, and Reseller or Super User for the domains they cover.
