OperationId:CreateIotumVideoHostForUser

Creates a video host for a user, so the user can host video conferences, and links it to the user. Requires a token for this user, or Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for a domain you manage. The domain needs an active video account. POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/video does the same.
