OperationId:CreateAdHocConferenceForUser

Creates a video conference hosted by the user, starting now or at start, and invites the participants you list. The conference is titled Conference, lasts 30 minutes, and uses the user's time zone. Requires a token for this user, or Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for a domain you manage. The user needs a video host, and the domain an active video account.
