OperationId:UpdateSpecificAutoAttendant

Changes one tier of an auto attendant's menu, and can rename the attendant. Keys you leave out keep their destination, and "remove": "yes" takes a key out. Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Site Manager changes only attendants of users in its site.
