OperationId:UpdateConferenceServerConfig

Change a parameter's value. Sending back a masked value unchanged keeps the stored value. 404 for a name that does not exist. Answers 202: accepted, and applied shortly after on every conference server, or only on config-server when it names one. Fields a read returns but a write cannot set (counters, timestamps, config-server) are ignored, so a read row can be sent back unchanged.

Requires Super User.
