OperationId:MarkAllNotificationsRead

Marks every currently unread, non-expired notification visible to the user as read in a single operation. POST is the only supported verb. Requires a token with scope_priv on the notification object, and the same self-or-administrator confinement as the feed. The write is idempotent; already-read rows are left untouched. The response reports how many rows were newly marked.
