OperationId:CreateTemplate

Stores a new template under the name in the path, sent as a multipart file part or as base64 in a JSON body. Requires Super User or Reseller scope; a Reseller manages templates for its own reseller or a domain in it, and only a Super User can store a platform-wide one. To replace an existing copy, use PUT /templates/{filename}.
