Create message session

OperationId:CreateMessageSession

Starts a message session by sending its first message as the path user, and answers 202 without the stored message. It takes the body of POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/messages, which returns the message and its messagesession-id. Any scope can use its own user, an Office Manager any user in its domain, a Reseller those in its territory, and a Super User any user.
