Lists the defaults stored for one domain. Send full=true to also get the rows the domain inherits: its territory's rows and the system rows, never another territory's.

Office Manager, Office Manager Read-Only, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, and Site Manager read their own domain, Reseller and Route Manager Reseller a domain in their territory, and Super User and Super User Read Only any domain. Another domain, and user scopes, get 403.

Rows are paged with start and limit, which defaults to 100.

How defaults apply: when a domain, user, or device is created, each field the request leaves out takes the value of the most specific matching row. A domain row wins over a territory row, which wins over a system row. Within one tier, a row for the object wins over one whose default-object is *. User and device creates read the domain's rows, its territory's rows, and the system rows; a domain create reads territory and system rows, since the domain can't hold rows yet. Fields no row covers fall back to the legacy default values.
