OperationId:ListDomainDialPolicyPermissions

Lists a dial policy's rules as a domain sees them, in a reduced shape: permission-id, dialpolicy, permission-match, permission-mode and domain. Requires Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. Office Manager and Site Manager scopes read their own domain only; a Reseller reads domains in its territory.

/list is authorized by the list privilege, the same one /count uses, rather than read. A scope that holds list but not read can still enumerate the collection. Appending /list to a keyed path returns the same reduced shape for one record. /dialpolicy/{policy}/permission/list does the same for a shared policy, for Super User, Super User Read Only and Reseller scopes. /count on these paths returns the number of rules.
