OperationId:UpdateSystemSetting

Stores the named platform-wide setting. Creates it if the system has none. Requires Super User scope.

reseller-editable: no stops Reseller tokens from overriding the setting, and domain-editable: no stops Office Manager tokens from overriding it on a domain. A setting in the body is ignored: the path names the setting.

A 202 means the change is accepted and applied shortly after.
