Counts call queues across every domain you can see, without naming a domain.

Super User and Super User Read Only count the whole platform, or one territory with territory. Reseller always counts its own territory; naming another territory returns 403. Every other scope gets 400: count one domain with GET /domains/{domain}/callqueues/count.

A queue counts toward a territory while the domain that owns it is in that territory. Call parks are left out unless you send include-parks=yes. Only this /count form is served: GET /callqueues returns 404.
