OperationId:UpdateDialrule

Updates a dial rule's routing: its application, parameter, destination, caller ID translation, enabled state, or description. Send only the fields to change; the others keep their values. Requires Basic User, Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope; a Reseller reaches only its territory's domains, and every other scope only its own domain.
