OperationId:ReadIotumVideoHostForUser

Returns a user's video host: the account the user hosts video conferences with, as the video service reports it.

Requires a token for this user. Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can read the video host of any user in a domain they manage.

The domain must have a video account that is not suspended. Otherwise the request returns 400 with Not Able to make request. A user with no video host returns 404. Create one with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/host. GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/video returns the same host.
