OperationId:DeleteResellerQuota

Removes the recording quota of one domain in a territory, so the domain uses the platform default again; setting every limit to 0 instead makes it unlimited. Requires Reseller or Super User scope; a Reseller uses only its own territory, and the domain must be in it.
