OperationId:MarkAllNotificationsDeleted

Hides every currently visible, non-expired notification for the user, including rows that are already read. POST is the only supported verb. Requires a token with scope_priv on the notification object and the same self-or-administrator confinement as the feed. The shared notification rows are never deleted. The deleted field is an affected-row indicator, not an exact hidden count.
