OperationId:CountDomainAgentLogs

Counts the agent log entries that GET /domains/{domain}/agent-logs would return for the same filters. Without groupby the answer is {"total": N}. With groupby it is a list of counts, one per combination of the named keys, for example breaks per agent or status changes per day, ordered by the keys. At most 5000 groups; more is a 400 asking for a narrower window or grouping.

Requires the same scopes as the list, with the same limits on which agents a scope can see. day and hour groups are in time-zone, UTC by default.

A count grouped by user is recorded in the domain's access log.
