OperationId:ReadDialpolicyInDomain

Reads one dial policy a domain can use: the domain's own policy with this name, or the shared one under * or admin-only. Requires Office Manager scope or higher for the domain in the path: Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, and Route Manager read their own domain only, and a Reseller reads domains in its territory.
