OperationId:MarkNotificationRead

Marks a single notification read for the target user. POST is the only supported verb. Requires a token with scope_priv on the notification object. The write is visibility-guarded: a read row is inserted only when the notification is visible to the user, so marking an id the user cannot see inserts nothing and still succeeds. The operation is idempotent. The read state is stored per viewer; the shared notification row is never modified. The response is 202.
