OperationId:ListDefaultsReseller

Lists the defaults of one territory: its territory rows and, for a Reseller, the rows of the domains in it. Send full=true to also get the system rows.

Super User and Super User Read Only read any territory, and Reseller and Route Manager Reseller their own; another territory returns 403. Domain scopes read their territory's rows with GET /domains/{domain}/defaults?full=true.

Rows are paged with start and limit, which defaults to 100.

How defaults apply: when a domain, user, or device is created, each field the request leaves out takes the value of the most specific matching row. A domain row wins over a territory row, which wins over a system row. Within one tier, a row for the object wins over one whose default-object is *. User and device creates read the domain's rows, its territory's rows, and the system rows; a domain create reads territory and system rows, since the domain can't hold rows yet. Fields no row covers fall back to the legacy default values.
