OperationId:CountVoicemailUserFolder

Counts the voicemail messages in one folder of a user's mailbox and reports their total size in bytes. Any user can use its own mailbox. Site Manager, Office Manager, Route Manager, Reseller, and Super User can also use the mailboxes at their site, in their domain, or in their territory.
