Create domain address - NetSapiens API v2

Creates an emergency (E911) address in a domain: a domain-level address that every user can see, or a site address when user names a site. Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Site Manager reaches every address in the domain, not only its own site's. To store an address the carrier has checked, call POST /domains/{domain}/addresses/validate first and send its result.
