OperationId:UpdateIotumVideoHostForUser

Changes a user's video host; only the fields you send change. If the user has no video host yet, one is created as POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/host would. Requires a token for this user, or Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope for a domain you manage. The domain needs an active video account. PUT /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/video does the same.
