OperationId:CountCDRSchedulesReseller

The reseller must exist.

A reseller-scoped read returns the schedules whose reseller is this reseller, plus those still stored with the * default whose domain this reseller owns — rows created before the owning reseller was stamped on save, which would otherwise be invisible to the only list a Reseller operator can reach. A platform-wide schedule (reseller and domain both *) is never included: it covers every domain on the platform and belongs to no reseller.
