Deprecated: use POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/meetings/getId, which this path repeats exactly. It reserves an unused meeting ID and does not return a token.

Requires a token for the user in the path, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain.

The ID is held for that user for a limited time; create the meeting with POST /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/meetings/{meeting} and the same user in the path. The response also suggests a registration ID and lists the domain's dial-in numbers. Send no body. GET on this path is not this operation: it returns the user's meetings.
