OperationId:ListDomainDialPolicies

Lists the dial policies a domain can use, in a reduced shape: dialpolicy, domain and description. The response includes policies filed under the domain, plus the shared policies filed under * and admin-only. Requires Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor and Route Manager scopes read their own domain only; a Reseller reads domains in its territory.

/list is authorized by the list privilege, the same one /count uses, rather than read. A scope that holds list but not read can still enumerate the collection. Appending /list to a keyed path returns the same reduced shape for one record. /dialpolicy/list does the same across the platform, for Super User, Super User Read Only and Reseller scopes.
