OperationId:ListUserPush

The reduced view of a user's push registrations: which devices are registered and on which network. The device token is a credential and is deliberately not included.

/list is a suffix that can be appended to a collection path. It differs from the ordinary read in two ways:

Fewer fields. Only the record's identity, its name, and where it is filed.

A different privilege. /list is authorised by the list privilege rather than read, so a scope that may not read the full record can still enumerate the collection. /list and /count share that one privilege.

Appending /list to the keyed path returns the same reduced shape for a single record — which is how a scope holding list but not read retrieves one.
