List CDR schedule names

OperationId:ListAllCDRSchedulesList

Returns only the name and owner fields of CDR export schedules across the platform: schedule-name, domain, user, schedule-user-export-scope, and reseller. Requires Super User scope for the whole platform. A Reseller can call it too, and is confined to its own territory as if it had called the /resellers/{reseller}/schedule form. Office Manager gets 403: use the /domains/{domain}/schedule form.

There is no default page size: without limit, every matching schedule is returned.
