OperationId:DeleteCDRSchedule

Deletes one CDR export schedule in a domain, and the export history records it left. Files already delivered are not touched. Requires Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope; Basic User, Call Center Agent, and Site Manager can manage only schedules scoped to their own extension.
