OperationId:CountTimeframesDomainAllUsers

Counts the domain's shared time frames. The owner on this path is *, so users' own time frames are not counted. Requires Basic User, Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. For a count per user, use GET /domains/{domain}/timeframes?users=all.
