OperationId:ReadVoiceUsageEnhancementsForDomain

Returns usage of voice enhancements, the add-ons that hang off a parent voice request, for a time window. Requires Reseller or Super User scope. from and to are required Unix timestamps. Filter the enhancement with feature. The service_type and vendor filters scope the parent request, not the enhancement. Narrow further with domain (where * means no domain filter) and reseller. Omitting from or to returns 400. This is the domain-scoped form: the report is confined to {domain} through the access-control object, so an Office Manager or higher within that domain may call it.
