OperationId:CreateNewBrandDomainScoped

Creates a brand scoped to one domain, applying to every hostname of the domain unless you set hostname. Requires Reseller or Super User scope; a Reseller reaches only the domains in its own territory. Upload its images afterwards with POST /domains/{domain}/brands/{hostname}/{brand_name}/assets.
