OperationId:RequestMeetingID

Reserves an unused meeting ID for the user in the path, for a client that needs the ID before it creates the meeting, such as to put the join link in a calendar entry. Requires a token for the user in the path, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. Send no body.
