OperationId:ReorderMOHUser

Changes the order of music on hold (MoH) files by renumbering the ones you list in ordinal-order. Any user can change its own MoH. Office Manager and Call Center Supervisor can change any user's MoH in their domain, Site Manager at its own site, Reseller in its territory, and Super User any user's.
