Read an agent's status timeline

OperationId:ReadAgentStatusTimeline

Returns each status period of one agent that overlaps the window, clipped to it, oldest first, and the seconds spent in each status. All times in the response are UTC.

The last period runs to datetime-end. While the window has not ended yet, it runs to now instead and is marked open, with end-datetime: null.

A window may cover at most 31 days. Status history is kept indefinitely, so any past window can be read.

Who can read it. Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller and Super User read any agent in the domain. A Site Manager reads only agents in its own site; any other agent is 403. Basic User, Simple User, Advanced User and Call Center Agent read only their own timeline, in their own domain; any other agent or domain is 403.

Where compliance access logging is on for the domain, each read of another person's timeline is recorded in the access log as a read of that agent's activity record.
