OperationId:UpdateVoicemailRemindersForUser

Changes a user's voicemail reminder settings. Send only the fields to change; the others keep their values. Requires a token for this user, or Office Manager scope or higher for the domain. A Site Manager can reach the users in its own site. To stop all reminders, delete the settings.
