OperationId:CountSmsNumbers

Counts the SMS numbers whose destination is the user in the path, or your own with ~, with the same filters as GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/smsnumbers. Requires a token for that user, or Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller, or Super User scope for the domain.
