Count domain CDR schedules

OperationId:CountCDRSchedulesDomain

Returns how many CDR export schedules GET /domains/{domain}/schedule would return with the same filters. Office Manager, Reseller, Super User, and Super User Read Only see every schedule in the domain; every other scope sees only its own schedules, and only through its own domain.
