OperationId:CreateChart

Adds a chart to the dashboard in the path.

You need the right to change the dashboard: you own it, or you are an Office Manager in its domain, a Reseller whose territory holds the domain, or a Super User, over an owner with a lower scope than yours. A stock dashboard can be changed only by a Super User. A dashboard that is not in this domain returns 404; one you may not change returns 403.

Leave out id to have one assigned. The response does not return it, so send your own id when you need to know it; an ID already in use returns 409. Find the chart with GET /domains/{domain}/charts/{dashboard_id}/list.
